THE SPIRIT LOVER .
IMITATED FROM TIIE GERMAN . IN that bright land , where first the sun Sets glorious on this nether world , Where , after day his course has ran , In night his radiant wings are furl'd ; Where passions wild , and feelings deep

The incense paid at nature ' s shrine : — In that bright land , first ' mid the throng That graced Sidona ' . s tower d plain , Once dwelt the fairest child of song , The loveliest of the muse ' s train .
