Gentlemen , in compliance with your wishes , ancl in my capacity of Deputy of the Grancl Master of Freemasons in Cornwall , I shall now do myself the honour to proceed in the ceremony of laying that stone on ivhich it is your intention to erect a monumental tribute to the worth and merits of your heroic townsmen , the brothers Richard and John Lander : ancl I beg , in the name ancl on the behalf of that portion of the Craft of Free ancl Accepted Masons—my provincial Brethren here
