That the thanks of the Governors and Subscribers be recorded to the W . Bro . T . L . Henley , Hon . Surgeon to the Institution , for his valuable professional services to the inmates of the Asylum at Croydon .
The Chairman stated that the Brethren would have to elect three Brethren to form part of the Committee of Management , in lieu of Brs . H . Faudel , T . Parkinson , and H . B . Webb , AVIIO go out in accordance A \ 'ith the 6 th Article of the Rules , but who are eligible to be re-elected .
