Boughton Leigh , Esq ., of Brownsover Hall ) , accompanied by his Prov . Grand Officers , made his entry in clue form . In a very short time , about two hundred members of the Craft were assembled from all parts of the adjoining counties . The business of the day included the
investiture of several Brethren with tlie red apron as Prov . G . Stewards . After considerable delay , which had a corresponding effect upon every subsequent arrangement of the occasion , a procession moved along Bath Street , in the following order , to the parish church , the use of ¦ which had been granted bv the vicar : —
