We regretted the absence of that enlivening adjunct to a procession , music ; and understand some disappointment took place by the non-appearance of some bands Avhich were expectedhoweA'erthe Dundee
instru-; , mental band did their usual good service , though the line , numbering upAvards of 400 , was much too long for one band to be heard throughout . The proceedings within the Exchange-rooms were entirely Masonic , and everything went off to tbe entire satisfaction of all present , conducted by Bro . LawrieSecretary to the Grand Lodof Scotland .
