The sterile plains of Hindostan ancl the luxuriant soil of Erin , had reared scions for their cause ; and , although to some it seemed veiled in mystery , it required onl y to be known to be admired . To Erin ' s only Duke their cause was hi ghly indebted ; and , if time permitted , he could quote the names of many who had well earned their gratitude ; but fearing he had wasted too much of their time , he begged to thank them for their patience , ancl to propose " Prosperity to Loelge 395 . He trusted it would always maintain that character for whicli it was so highly distinguished , and stand , as it ever had done , pre-eminently high in the estimation of the Grand Lodge of Ireland .
