That the members of the Sub-Committee were then desired to withdraw , and , after waiting about three-quarters of an hour , were readmitted , and the resolutions read to them . { Vide p . 454 . ) That hereupon the Sub-Committee inquired if they were to understand that the resolution of the Board precluded any further conference unless upon the basis of giving up both Annuity and Building Fund to the purpose of annuities , as it would be a breach of faith so to appropriate the Building Fund ; to which the W . the President replied , that , having come to an unanimous resolution on the subject , the Board could not further discuss the terms of it .
