desire to do our part towards creating a permanent record of such event in his Masonic history by placing his portrait before our readers . We shall be pleased to furnish Secretaries of lodges and others who maytake an interest in our project whatever information may be desired as to our proposed method -of procedure .

The School Quarterl y Courts vvill be held at Freemasons' Tavern next week , that of the Royal Masonic Institution for Girls on Thursday , and on the following day that of the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys , On both days the chair vvill be taken at the hour of 12

noon for the transaction of general business , and when that is over , or , at all events , at 1 p . m ., the poll for thc election of children will be opened , and vvill remain open till 3 p . m ., alter vvhich hour no voting papers vvill be accepted .

For the Girls' School 19 vacancies will be competed for by 30 approved candidates , of whom three were on the list in October last , while the remaining 27 are new cases . London furnishes seven candidates , and has a part interest with one or more provinces in

three others ; the remaining 20 are wholly provincial and from abroad . Four of thegirls have this one and only chance of being elected , namely No . 3 ( London and Warwickshire ) , vvho brings forward 753 votes ; No . 5 ( West Yorkshire ) , No . 13 ( London ) , and No . 19 ( West Lancashire ) .

desire to do our part towards creating a permanent record of such event in his Masonic history by placing his portrait before our readers . We shall be pleased to furnish Secretaries of lodges and others who maytake an interest in our project whatever information may be desired as to our proposed method -of procedure .

The School Quarterl y Courts vvill be held at Freemasons' Tavern next week , that of the Royal Masonic Institution for Girls on Thursday , and on the following day that of the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys , On both days the chair vvill be taken at the hour of 12

noon for the transaction of general business , and when that is over , or , at all events , at 1 p . m ., the poll for thc election of children will be opened , and vvill remain open till 3 p . m ., alter vvhich hour no voting papers vvill be accepted .

For the Girls' School 19 vacancies will be competed for by 30 approved candidates , of whom three were on the list in October last , while the remaining 27 are new cases . London furnishes seven candidates , and has a part interest with one or more provinces in

three others ; the remaining 20 are wholly provincial and from abroad . Four of thegirls have this one and only chance of being elected , namely No . 3 ( London and Warwickshire ) , vvho brings forward 753 votes ; No . 5 ( West Yorkshire ) , No . 13 ( London ) , and No . 19 ( West Lancashire ) .
