congratulated the chapter in selecting such an energetic Mason for its head . He felt sure the Carnarvon Chapter in the ensuing year would not fail to prosper , for he had known Comp . Askew for many years and a better Mason there could not be . Comp . Dart proposed "The Health of the Installing Principal , " eulogising him as a great and shining light in

the Province of Hampshire and Isle of Wight . Comp . Price proposed "The Principals of . S 04 , " and Comp . Hillman responded . Comp . Birch proposed "The Visitors , " and Comps . the Rev . Kendell , Lind , and Strick responded . Comp . Dart , in proposing "The Oflicers , " hoped they
