He is Vice-President of the three Institutions , and served as Special Steward at the installation of the M . W . G . M . Bro . Neville is the son of Bro . Henry Neville , P . A . G . D . Sussex Lodge , No . 342 in 1874 , afterwards joining the following lodges—the Pluenix , No . 237 ; Harmony , No . 309 ; Portsmouth , No . 487 ; Aryan , No . 1709 ; Hampshire Lodge of Emulation , No . 1990 , and St . Clair , No . 2074 , in all of which , except one , he has filled the Master ' s chair . Provincial Grand Honours have also fallen lo him , he having been

appointed as the First Provincial Grand Deacon of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight , and subsequently Senior Provincial Grand Warden .

H . the Duke of Connaught to succeed that brother as Provincial Grand Secretary of the province of which His Royal Highness is Provincial Grand Master .

He was initiated in Hova Ecclesia Lodge , No . 14 66 , in 188 3 , and later on joined the Earl of Sussex Lodge , No . 2201 , and the Royal Clarence Lodge , No . 271 , becoming Worshipful Master of 14 66 in 18 90 and 1900 , and of 2201 in 1904 . He holds the rank of Past Senior Grand Warden in Provincial Grand Lodge .

Bro . Roberts was exalted in Ecclesia Royal Arch Chapter in 1886 , and filled the Chair of First Principal in 18 92 , 1898 , and 1900 . He was also appointed Provincial Grand Registrar in 1902 , and Provincial Grand H . in 1903 .

Past Master of Lodge Orian in the West , No . 415 , Poona , and of the Gostling Murray Lodge , No . 1871 . In 18 94 he was appointed Provincial Senior Grand Warden of Guernsey and Alderney , having previously filled a similar office in the province of Middlesex .
