Her Majesty left Osborne on her visit to the Emperor of the French on Wednesday , and arrived at Cherbourg at six o ' clock in the evening after a very fine passage . The Queen and royal party Avere most cordially received wherever they Avent , and returned to Osborne on Friday , in the best of spirits .
