Rowland , Sec , pro ' / cm . ; when it was resolved that the by-laws and other business of tho Lotto ' be arranged on the next meeting , Thursday , April 20 th ; Bro . Garrod and Rowland to continue
consenting to act as AV . M . on that occasion , Bro . Secretary , pro tern . Tlio Lodgo will be opened at seven o ' clock .
