Stephens for the admirable xvay in xvhich he had conducted the business of the evening , for xvhich the lodge xvas greatly indebted ; and also moved that he be elected an honorary member of the lodge . This , supported by Bro . Alyers , P . AL , who spoke of Bro . Stephens as a very hard xvorking Alason , xvas carried unanimously ,
and announced in kind , appreciative terms by the S . W ., Bro . Cundick , P . AL , who had watched Bro . Stephens ' career as a Alason from the first xvith great pleasure ; had xvorked constantly ivitii him in lodge xvork , and hoped to see him many years actively engaged in furthering Alasonic xvorking . Bro . ' Stephens , in returning thanks , acknowledged the
kind remarks xvhich had been made , and hoped always to deserve them . He then alluded to the sad bereavement their esteemed Bro . Barnes , P . AL , had sustained by the loss of his partner in life .
