E . according to the place he fills therein as soon as may "bo after he becomes a Member of the same , and that such Habilaments and " Insignia shall he worn by each Member in his place in the lv . lt , and at " no other times except by an express order from the Authority under which " we sit , or by a mutual consent of the Members of this E . E . or at the Interment these lest too frequent use thereof :

( and that for reasons a " should cause the unknowing multitude to slig ht such things as they would " revere if seldom seen , or lest the unworthy part of Freemasons should ho " thereby induced to search for the reasons thereof in an underhand way , or "lest anyone should thereby be stirred up to oiler clandestinely to gam " admittance into the E . E . ) and the offending Br . or Brs . shall not only " stand the censure of the E . E . but shall also pass through and sutler the " penalty inflicted on him for such office .

llth . "That all dues , fines , & c , whether specified in the foregoing article or " required at discretion shall be deposited in the Box , and become a part of "the general stock and shall he appropriated to the uses of the E . E . which " uses shall at anytime be determined and put in execution by the Mutual " or Major Yoke of the Members of the E . E . as shall he at that time agreed

" upon . 12 th . "That this E . E . shall continue so long as their Members remain which are " capable of filling the places of the G . C . and no one shall at any time thereof for private or sell emolument

"Zose tho breaking up any gam " Sever , but each ° B . S . K . T . shall do all . things or the goo < 1 o the " whole in general , and of each individual in particular so long as he is " capable so to do . GLOET BE TO G OD ON H IGH . "
