At the suggestion of the Grancl Secretary ( who , by the way , is no authority ) a Brother , nearly at the bottom of the list , was returned at the top , while other Brethren who polled double his number , are excluded . Surely it is time to ascertain what are the proper duties of our officials ? Would that the Provincial Brethren would really aid us in removing such glaring evils .
