M . for such a ball , to state the objects to which the surplus funds of such assembly would be given and applied ? and lastly , would it not be necessary that the resolution to hold such balls be carried in regular Lodge , and duly entered on the minutes V—Masonic Balls are not always held for charitable purposes .
