" Resolved—That the Editors of the Freemason ' s Quarterly Revieiv , having evinced great zeal for the advancement and well-being of our order , and displayed a . scientific talent and research , capable of commanding not onl y the patronage of the Brotherhood , but of the community at large , we do hereby recommend their periodical to the support of the Fraternity of Ulster , convinced as Ave are , that as an archive of reference and recordit should be in the chest of every
Ma-, sonic Lodge in the United Kingdom . " Messrs . Tenison and Ellis introduced the above resolution in speeches so forcible and instructive , and so fraught Avith solicitude for a communit y of the Craft , that Ave regret our limits will not permit us to insert , even in a condensed form , their observations , Avhich Avere throughout listened to with marked attention and respect .
