whose representatives have honoured us with their company this evening , which we accept as a material guarantee of their desire to reciprocate kindly feelings and to draw closer the bonds of Brotherly union . These , Brethren , are the views with which I have accepted office , and I hope they will secure for me and the members of my government your confidence and support . Zetland Lodge ( No . 752 ) . —This Lodge held its regular monthly meeting on the 9 th January , at the Adam and Eve Tavern , Kensington , and was presided over by the immediate P . M ., no business being before the Lodge excepting a few private matters . The Brethren adjourned to a well-spread banquet , provided in Bro . H . S . Cooper ' s usual liberal manner . Yarbobough Lodge ( No . 812 ) . —The installation of Bro . Wm . Yesper as Master of this Lodge , took place at the George Tavern , Commercial Boad , On Thursday , the 3 rd of January . On this occasion the pleasing opportunity
occurred to witness the Installation in the Master ' s chair of a Brother by his only brother , Thos . Yesper , P . M ., assisted most efficiently by the Past Masters of this and of other Lodges , forming a board of fifteen . The new Master invested and appointed his officers thus : —The Bev . Bro . D . Shaboe , M . A ., Chap ., S . W . ( Bro . Kindred , the late J . W ., having in a most handsome manner withdrawn to make room to enable the excellent Chaplain to attend Grand Lodge ) ; Bro . Crisp , J . W . ; the W . Bro . W . Wentworth Davis , P . M ., No . 112 , Treas . ; the W . Bro . Thos . "V esper , P . M ., Nos . 212 and 812 , Sec . ; Bros . Hampton , S . D . ; George Wright , J .
