The labours of the evening being ended , the Lodge was closed and the Brethren were called to refreshment , and between seventy and eighty sat down to supper ; after which the W . Bobinson , who was designated by his lordship his father in Freemasonry , as it was by him he was initiated into the Craft . Several other toasts were afterwards given , and the meeting kept up till a late hour .
A circumstance that gave peculiar interest to this meeting was its being the tenth anniversary of the formation of the Lodge , which now numbers upwards of eighty members . Amongst the visitors present we noticed Brethren from Nos . 73 , 102 , 259 , 322 , 342 , 365 , and other Lodges .
