BE . O . JAMES WALTON . Amongst the latest obituary notices in the daily papers , we notice the death of Bro . James Walton , of Grocers' Hall . Bro . Walton was initiated inHhe Lodge of Peace and Harmony , No . 72 , on the 27 th March , 1834 , and continued a member until his death . Bro . Walton was a Past Grand Steward , and a Life Governor of all the charities .
BRO . THEODORE CHARLES BATES . On the 2 nd inst ., at liis residence , Ludgate Hill , in his 73 rd year , Bro . Theodore Charles Bates . Bro . Bates was initiated in the Lodge-of Freedom , No . -. 91 ; at Graveseiid , but we believe never took any very active part in the craft . His extensive business as an Organ Builder claimed his utmost exertions , added to which he was for some years a Sleniber of the Common Council of the City of London , and was a most attentive representative of the Ward of Farringdon . His son entered the Order about twelve months since in the St . Paul ' s Lodge , No . 229 ,
