During % that the summer h ^ on the 1 6 th of July , a most pleasingr ^ mow being anticipated ; and / to render the occasion still more interesting , the testimonial proposed at the previous meeting will be presented to Bro . Oman , the worthy Treasurer , as a trifling aeknowledgment of his indefatigable services on behalf of the Lodge . Among the P . Ms , present were Bros , Bawleyy Terry ; Potts , Bee , and Oman , Treas .
Panmure Lodge ( No . 1 , 022 ) . —This newly constituted Lodge met at the Swan Tavern , Stoekwell , on Monday , June 21 st . A gentleman was initiated into the mysteries of Preemasonry , and two brethren , after having been duly-examined as to their proficiency in the 1 st Degree , were passed ^ to the Degree of a Fellow Craft , which ceremonies were very ably performed by the W . M ., Bro . J . IL Warren . The Lodge being called off , twenty-four of the Brethren proceeded to partake of an excellent banquet . After the usual loyal and Masonic toasts , the
W . M . proposed the health of the newly initiated ; brother , and congratulated him on having , in entering masonry , joined a Lodge in which by attention and assiduit y ^ he might arrive in a short time to the honour of filling the chair which ho ( the W . M . ) now occupied . He also congratulated the Lodge on the accession oi so respectable a member to their ranks . He then proposed the health of the visitors , Bro . Crawley ^ ^^ No . 209 : Harris , '' . -if p . . 218 ; and Penton , Fo . 366 ) Scotland ; thanking Bro .
Crawley for the valuable assistance he was at all < times ready to afford in the working of Preemasonry , and the visitors severally for their kindness in honouring him with their company . Bro . Crawley being selected to return thanks , expressed his great delight in seemg so young a Lodge in such prosperous condition , and its working so wetl conducted ; though he should have been surprised to find it otherwise , when he saw himself surrounded by so many brethren whose talent was so justly estimated in Preemasonry , and concluded by thanking the Lodge , on
behalf of the visitors , for the hospitable manner in which they had been received , and wishing prosperity to the Lodge , Bro . Parmer then proposed the health of the W . M ., thanking him on behalf of the members of the Lodge for the very able manner in which he * conducted the business . The W . M . in returning thanks , expressed his anxiety to discharge his duties at all times to the best of his ability , and assured the brethren that he would never relax in his endeavours to discharge those duties faithfully . He then proposed the health of Bros . Parmer , Treas .,
Warren , Sec , and Bros . Thomas and Garrod thanking them for the invaluable assistance they had rendered by their great talent and experience . He also expressed the thanks of the Lodge to Bro . Dean , P . M . of No . 87 , for his handsome present of three Masonic candlesticks , and three gavels of acacia wood . After thanking the officers for their attention and " - valuable assistance , the Lodge was closed in perfect harmony . The enjoyment of the evening was greatly enhanced by the excellent singing of Bro . Mackney and several other brethren .
Belgravia Lodge ( No . 1 , 050 ) , —A . preliminary meeting of this Lodge was held on Wednesday , June 23 , at the Red Horse Tavern , Old Bond-street , Bro , Wordsworth in the chair , supported by Bros . Suter , P . M . No . 119 ; Henry Garrod , P . M . No . 206 ; and many others . It was stated that several candidates were ready for initiation in the new Lodge , and it was arranged that the first meeting should take place in the ensuing month .

Royal Jubilee Lodge ( No . 85 ) . —On , Sunday , June 20 , the usual weekly meeting of this Lodge was held at Bro . Ireland ' s , Petter-lane . Bro . Adams presided as WM .. Bro .
